The two, now in high demand in Hollywood, began a long collaborting together on numerous TV series projects by 1974, as they would go on to write for not only M*A*S*H, but also such other popular TV shows as The Mary Tyler Moore Show, All in the Family, Chico and the Man, What's Happening!!, the short-lived ABC-TV sitcom series That's My Mama, the 1979 ABC-TV series Delta House, and more recently, Full House, Thea and Fraiser.
