Lieutenant Becky was a nurse who made a one time appearance in the Season 1 episode of M*A*S*H titled "Dear Dad". The part of Lt. Becky was played in the episode by Lizabeth Deen. The character was apparently named after Larry Gelbart's daughter. Lieutenant Becky is not to be confused with Lieutenant Becky Anderson who shows up in the unit much later during the Season 4 episode "The More I See You".

In "Dear Dad", Becky is first seen entering the mess tent wearing a Radar-style wool cap. She meets Hawkeye briefly at the door. She is Hawkeye's second date for the night and he reschedules their date from 10 o'clock to 11 o'clock because his first date Lieutenant Barbara Bannerman has told him that she can only meet him at 9 o'clock instead of 8 o'clock. We later see Becky in the nurses quarters writing a letter.
The credits simply bills the character as "Becky" and her last name is never mentioned in the episode. Her rank is inferred from the fact that she shares the tent with other nurses who are known to be lieutenants.
