Lieutenant Erika Johnson was a character who appeared in the Season 2 episode of the CBS-TV series M*A*S*H titled "Radar's Report", and in archival episode footage in a segment of the Season 8 episode "Our Finest Hour". The part of Lt. Johnson is played on the series by actress Joan Van Ark.

Erika is a new nurse at the 4077th and Hawkeye, who meets her across from the O.R. table, is quickly smitten with her. Erika visits Hawkeye in the Swamp and burst his marriage bubble, and then as salt in the wound, tells him she's transferring to Tokyo in the morning. Hawkeye says he now knows what it's like to “have the boot on the other foot”, (remembering the brushoffs he gave Cutler and Griffin in “Ceasefire”) and settles for a brief, but intense engagement.
