Lieutenant Gilbert was a nurse who made a one time appearance in the Season 2 episode of M*A*S*H titled "Dear Dad...Three". The part of Lieutenant Gilbert is played in the episode by Bobbie Mitchell. This is the third among at least nine named nurses that she would play from Season 1 to Season 5.

During a happy hour at the MASH, Gilbert is sitting with Radar. She says to Radar: "Everybody says you're a virgin. Is that true?" Radar is too embarrassed to answer and mumbles, "I really don't know." At another happy hour at the end of the episode, Gilbert is shown really enjoying her dance with an uncomfortable Radar.
